Nikita Akilapa has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, teaching for 10. She leads a slow flow, with a focus on mindful, breath-based movement. Also a mother and doula, she holds space with a strong, loving, maternal energy. You can find her at some of Londons favourite studios, including triyoga and Down to Earth.
She will be teaching Slow Flow - Gentle, flowing, breath based movement, allowing us to create space in the body, as we build awareness of what we feel. Open to all levels
