Katie’s yoga journey began over 20 years ago having experienced the benefits of feeling strengthened, lengthened, more mobile, intuitive and aware. She has a deep seated belief in prevention rather than cure, awakened at an early age; her main premise is ‘movement is life’ which she developed with her Master Sawatchi in Thailand.
Katie is qualified in Chiropractic, Therapeutic Bodywork, Sports Massage, Medical Acupuncture, Kinesiology, Reiki, Live Blood Analysis, Yoga and Pilates.
With over 20 years of clinical experience she lectures anatomy and physiology to movement and manual therapists worldwide and leads ergonomic based wellness corporate seminars.
Katie focuses on releasing our fascial matrix through a spiral themed vinyasa flow class, promoting balanced support and the free flowing of our internal rivers.
