Yoga Nidra is a unique relaxation and meditation form which involves no physical activity whatsoever apart from lying down on a mat! We live our lives in a beta fight or flight state and after about 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra we should enter our true alpha state where we can recharge, energise and set new goals.
