Yoga Conditioning: Xenia Gregoriadis
Would you like to build strength and stamina in a way that feels nourishing, safe and sustainable? To feel holistically fitter? Clearer, and more receptive? Yoga Conditioning combines traditional Hatha yoga postures and simple sequencing with dynamic strength training. Classes with Xen (E-RYT 500 hrs) offer a slow and steady challenge - energising and relaxing in equal measure! Her aim is to help people increase cardiovascular fitness, agility and body confidence in a holistic and sustainable way. Anyone who wants to build stamina, stretch, destress, improve articular range of motion and aerobic capacity is welcome and will benefit from Xen’s classes. All levels are welcome.
