The Woodland Trust

The Woodland Trust is the UK’s leading woodland conservation charity that restores and protects ancient woodland as well as creating new woodland for future generations to enjoy. We protect and campaign on behalf of the UK’s woods, plant trees, and restore ancient woodland for the benefit of wildlife and people.
As well as informing people about what we are doing to save trees and woods in the UK, we also provide information about some of our projects like our Green Tree School awards and how local schools and communities can get free trees if they wish to create their own woodland.  Our vision is a UK rich in native woods and trees, for people and wildlife.
Come and join us at our stand to take part in a variety of Nature Detectives activities, such as Leaf ID, Elf and Fairy Hunt, and Butterfly colouring.
