The Laurel and Hardy Cabaret
The Laurel & Hardy Cabaret is a bumper package of routines, songs and dances from The Boys' 30-year career. Featuring some classic movie sequences, along with some hilarious Music Hall sketches the pair toured in the 1940s and 50s, you will be transported back to a more innocent time - yet still be amazed at how current their comedy remains. Take a seat and have some hard-boiled eggs and nuts washed down with soda... soda... soda... and what will you have, Stan? Not lookalikes or impersonators, we are - we believe - the only Laurel and Hardy re-enactors in the world. Highly respected amongst historians and enthusiasts of the subjects we have presented shows about, we have also performed in Los Angeles, Berlin and Prague. The company have been fortunate enough to have played to several celebrity audiences, some of whom are now followers of Lucky Dog. These include: Paul Daniels & Debbie McGee, Martin Freeman, Sir David Jason, Terry Jones, Don MacLean, Sylvester McCoy, Erkan Mustafa, Bill Oddie, Johnny Vegas, Rick Wakeman and Victoria Wood.
