Having travelled extensively through Asia, specifically Thailand, and falling in love with the street food on offer, KraPow’s founders, Paul and
Rich, wanted to bring the authentic flavours of Chiang Mai to the people of London. Soon after, along came the now award-winning KraPow. Their flavours are punchy and complex, with international notes from Thailand’s neighbouring countries Laos, Myanmar (Burma)
and China. With all fresh ingredients sourced locally, their meat produce is all UK based and comes from Smithfields Meat Market, from J.F. Edwards, their vegetables and herbs from New Spitalfields Market, and their Asian ingredients from See Woo and Thai
Star Foods. Their truly authentic offering introduces a real taste of Chiang Mai to UK’s palates. KraPow is a part of The Feast Collective at Camp Bestival.
