Happy Maki: Anna
Anna is passionate about personal growth and the environment. She started Happy Maki 6 years ago, on a mission to provide healthy fast food at events whilst raising awareness of overfishing issues. The menu was fish-free promoting using sushi fillings other than overfished tuna and farmed salmon. After one year of selling real chicken and duck on the menu and more education on the impact of meat on our environment, Anna and the company quickly became vegan and hasn't looked back since. Happy Maki goes to around 20 of the top music festivals each Summer with their two street food vans and won Best Festival Caterer in 2017.
