Five Elements Yoga: Emily Reed
Emily Reed has been studying ancient eastern wellness (mainly Ayurveda & Yoga) for over 15 years and teaching for a decade.
Emily’s approach to yoga practice, wellness coaching (and life!) is largely based around the 5 elements theory, in that: the body, mind and all that exists in daily life can be seen as different combinations of the 5 elements (earth, water, fire, air and ether). Emily’s slow flow yoga sessions guide people to find basic wellness awareness on all levels through the 5 elements approach.
She is an ERYT yoga teacher and yoga teacher trainer; meditation teacher; Unitive Life and personal development coach; Ayurvedic Health Counsellor and Energy worker. She lectures and mentors on the Yoga teacher training programs in London and in Europe. She offers one to one 5 elements sessions for Yoga, Meditation, Ayurvedic/5 elements wellness consultations and coaching as well as global retreats and group workshops.
