Black Grape

From the ashes of the Happy Mondays first break up in 1993 rose one of the nineties craziest musical forces, but what else could you expect when you combine the genius of Shaun William Ryder, Kermit and Bez. Exploding out of nowhere with their first single ‘Reverend Black Grape’ the band continued where the Mondays left off, providing a much needed air of rebellion, decadence and riotous party starting to a nation in the grip of Britpop. Luckily for us the band’s antics continue to this day, following the lad’s reformation in 2015 and the release of their brilliant third album ‘Pop Voodoo’ in 2017.
