Avant Garde Vegan

In October 2015, Gaz Oakley decided to go vegan overnight. At the insistence of his friends, he started posting pictures of his meals on Instagram, and before he knew it he'd grown a global following of 300,000 Instagram followers and more than 570,000 YouTube subscribers. His vegan food celebrates the classics we all love, with all the flavour and colour, and none of the compromise. VEGAN 100, Gaz's debut cookbook, was published on 25th January 2018, and his second book, VEGAN CHRISTMAS, was published in September 2018. Avant Garde Vegan are a part of The Feast Collective at Camp Bestival.
