Seth Lakeman

Camp Bestival are very pleased to welcome a late edition to our already stellar line up in the form of folk superstar Seth Lakeman.

One of the few young folk artists in this country to be lauded by traditionalists and the mainstream alike, Seth has become renowned for his virtuoso mastery of the fiddle, viola and guitar as well as for his astounding voice and brilliant songwriting ability.

Nominated for the Mercury Prize in 2005, Seth's career has gone from strength to strength, building a devoted army of fans through his five albums and truly incendiary live performances.  His fifth album 'Hearts and Minds' was released earlier this month and is an altogether rockier affair than his previous works so you can expect nothing more than an explosive show from him as he lands at Camp Bestival this weekend for what promises to be one of the highlights of a perfect weekend.
