Frank Turner

A post hardcore band wouldn’t usually be the first place you’d look for a major new force in English folk music but that’s exactly where Frank Turner’s origins in music lie.

Following the break up of his band Million Dead the former lead singer struck out on his own solo career that involved a serious change in musical style.  Over the last 2 years Frank has developed into one of folk music’s most exciting and prolific new singer/songwriters, already recording his third album after the successful release of ‘Sleep is for the Week’ in 2007 and last year’s ‘Love Ire and Song’, proving that quantity and quality can go hand in hand.
