Trolley Hire Service

Back again this year, bigger and better, is Mr Trolley. A trolley hire service to help you carry all your kit from your car to your camping spot and back.

Located in the car parks will be hire points, this is where you can hire a trolley or wheelbarrow, load up and ease into the festival.

The trolleys have a loadspace of 1220mm x 635mm, big enough to carry roughly 3 people’s gear.  The wheelbarrows are bigger than the standard size and can carry 1-2 people’s gear.

To hire, a hire form must be filled in and a deposit taken. Then a trolley/wheelbarrow is provided with bungees and safe use is explained. When returned, the duration of hire time and price is calculated. The cost of the hire is then deducted from the deposit and the remainder returned to the hirer.

Porters will also be available to hire to help load up and do the hard work for you.

When the festival has begun, you will be able to hire a trolley overnight to wheel the little ones around in. Allowing you to catch the late performances whilst your children are either enjoying the ride or asleep, safe and sound, right by your side.

Hire charges
Trolley: £5  for 30 minutes
Wheelbarrow: £5 for 1 hour
Trolley overnight: £15 per night
Deposit: £50
Sherpa: £5 flat rate

20 per cent of any profit will go to Amnesty International and last year you helped us make a £3,000 donation!
